As every member knows, the 66th RILEM Week and the Conference ICCRRR will be held in Cape Town on September 2nd to 7th this year. We think most of members will attend the meeting, and it is a good opportunity for us to get together to discuss further steps of TC-TDC. After consultation with the RILEM Secretary and Conference Organize Committee of Cape Town Meeting, Technical Committee TDC is going to convene a meeting at 13:00 to 16:00 on Sep. 2nd in Cape Town. The venue for the meeting will be at UCT Graduated School of Business, V&A Waterfront.

At the Beijing meeting in May this year, all present members reached a basic agreement on the annotated bibliography of Group A and the frame of comparative test method. And a few of members have been working on these two files since then.

It is planed that at the informal meeting on Sep. 2nd, we deeply discuss these two files and make final decision of the detailed description of the comparative test method.

Please pay attention to the time of our meeting when you book your tickets to Cape Town, and I wish you could arrive at the Cape Town city before noon of Sep. 2nd and attend the meeting on time.
