The Third Plenary Meeting of RILEM TC-TDC will be held in Qingdao, China, May 23rd and 24th, 2013, after the first plenary meeting which was held in Beijing in May 2012. Informal meetings took place in between.
During the next meeting we will concentrate on the final version of the annotated bibliography, on the identification of laboratories, which will be involved in the planned comparative tests series, and on the design of test rigs and details of the corresponding test methods.
