Dear members of TC 246-TDC,
The 5th plenary meeting of TC 246-TDC will be held in Delft University of Technology on 28-29th April 2014.
You are cordially invited to attend this important meeting.
Some parameters for the first round of comparative test will be fixed after deeply discussion on the zero test results during the meeting.
To the labs which have volunteered to join in the zero tests, please summarize your experimental results and prepare your feedbacks beforehand.
The labs which did not join in the zero tests are also invited to give your suggestions and comments on the following first round test.
