Individual membership categories
- As Senior Member, if you are an experienced scientist or engineer, having reached a position of responsibility and recognised expertise in a public or private organisation or company concerned with testing or research in the field of building materials and structures.
- As Affiliate Member, if you are a young research scientist or engineer who is at the early stage of his career
- Student Membership is open to you, if you are an under-graduated student under the age of 30 (including PhD students), who is still in the course of studying and actually following courses. You may also, as a RILEM Student Member, participate in RILEM activities, and even be appointed by the Chairman of a RILEM Technical Committee to contribute to the corresponding activity.

The annual subscription by RILEM Members to the print version of our scientific journal Materials and Structures / Matériaux et Constructions also gives a full access to its online version (hosted by Springer) and to back issues of archives since 1968. In addition, the online edition of 5 other journals published by Springer is available for:
