Time 13:00-16:00, Mar. 3rd, 2012 Venue S&T Building, Qingdao Tech. Univ. , Qingdao, China Main Subjects 1. Introduction of work progress of RILEM TC-TDC, including TDC website. 2. Member recruiting stuff. 3. Arrangement for the Next meetings in Beijing and Cape Town. 4. Discussion on potential test methods. 3. Next steps of RILEM TC-TDC. Participants All together 6 persons attended the meeting in Qingdao: Prof. F. H. Wittmann, Prof. Tie-jun Zhao. Prof. Xiaomei Wan, Prof. Fuxinang Jiang, Prof. Ling Wang, Dr. Zhengdi Wang, Moderator Wang Ling and Wang Zhendi 1. Opening of the meeting Prof. Wang Ling, the secretary of RILEM TC-TDC, introduced the agenda at the beginning of this informal meeting. Then she outlined latest work progress of TC-TDC and next steps. She also introduced the new website for RILEM TC-TDC: www.rilem.cn. 2.Conclusions 1) Group A will continue collecting papers for the annotated bibliography. 2) RILEM TC-TDC will continue to recruit members from all over the world. 3) RILEM TC-TDC website (www.rilem.cn) will serve as an online platform for TC-TDC, and a communicating channel of RILEM in China and across the world. TC-TDC will post the updated news, activities and achievements through this channel. 4) Group B will continue collecting standards and test methods, and will discuss the detailed test methods in the next meeting, the first plenary meeting in Beijing. 5) It is planned that the First Plenary Meeting of RILEM TC-TDC will be held on May 15-18, in Beijing, China. Then, the tasks of Group A and Group B will be discussed together and an overall idea of the annotated bibliography and the test method will be made. On Sep. 2-5, 2012, TC-TDC will hold an informal meeting at Cape Town, during the RILEM Week.
